Newborn baby foot - pre and post natal care physiotherapy.
Prenatal & post-natal care

During your pregnancy, learn how to exercise safely and get help with managing some common pregnancy-related issues like pelvic/lower back pain and carpal tunnel. We can also provide you with an introduction to pelvic floor strengthening to prepare you for birth.

In the post-natal period, we can offer help and advice with pelvic floor muscle weakness and how to return to exercise safely. We will guide you through an abdominal recovery program, helping you recover from

  • abdominal weakness,

  • abdominal separation and

  • caesarian section.

    We can teach correct feeding posture or lifting techniques to avoid pain and injury.

Post-surgical rehabilitation 

We use evidence-based rehabilitation protocols to help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible post-surgery.

Pre-hab’ programmes are used to prepare you for surgery. The aim is to optimise your pre-surgical strength and function to improve your post-surgical outcomes. In turn, we get you back to doing what you love sooner.
